🔬Presentation & Formatting Rules

Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure your abstract meets all submission requirements for ICAM-BAT 2026.

â—Ź A. Presentation Type

You will be asked to indicate your preference for either an Oral Presentation or a Poster Presentation in the submission form. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to make the final decision on the final presentation format.

â—Ź B. Formatting Requirements

  • âś“ Language: All submissions must be written and presented in English.
  • âś“ Content: The abstract must summarize the objectives, methodology, key results, and main conclusions of the work.
  • âś“ Length: The abstract text (excluding the title, authors, and affiliations) should not exceed 300 words.
  • âś“ File Submission: Please submit your abstract as a separate file (PDF or DOCX format) using the upload field in the form.
